We offer training programmes according to the changing needs of the markets, companies and the students´s abilities. We design the training programmes – under the requirements of the curricula issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Schleswig-Holstein and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry – in a way that students learn to think for themselves, be team players and act responsibly in their jobs and personal life.
This includes a trusted relationship with students and companies (especially training companies) and requires language and intercultural competences. We continuously work on sustainable cooperation and high regards towards all people and institutions involved.
We understand that our training programmes need to meet the personal goals of our students, helping them to achieve an officially acknowledged profession, find satisfactory and demanding jobs, receive the opportunity to study at the university level and start a successful career.
To achieve this goal we continuously improve didactics and teaching methods by implementing innovative concepts including the use of information and communication technology. We set great store by regular training teachers and trainee teachers.
